  • As a certified trainer in wellbeing and resilience with the SA Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI), Katrina delivers the world-leading Be Well Plan program to businesses around Australia.

    Completely personalised, the Be Well Plan provides evidence-based wellbeing interventions that transform people’s lives and enable them to flourish long-term.

    With transformational outcomes, this program can help your staff improve their productivity, customer service, teamwork, workplace interpersonal skills, work satisfaction, and everything in between. The program can be delivered as a one day workshop, 2 hours a week for 6-weeks or 1:1. The program can be delivered face-to-face or digitally.

  • The FIT For Leadership program is a unique development program aimed at providing participants with an opportunity to grow both professionally and personally in order to succeed in business.

    With fun, experiential learning, the program's workshops have been designed to facilitate networking and trusted discussions, as well as develop optimistic thoughts.

The program aims to unlock, unblock and validate participants’ leadership skills, and consists of five powerful ingredients – human connection, nature, experiential learning, reflection and spirituality.

  • Katrina Webb OAM and Kim Seow are on a mission to continue to deliver the Be Well Plan in Nepal – a completely personalised mental health and wellbeing program that’s scientifically proven to improve resilience, life satisfaction, productivity and interpersonal skills.

    Over the past decade, Nepal has been through a very difficult time. From the 2015 earthquake, the devastation of Covid-19, and now an economic crisis, there has never been a better time for Nepalians to build life-changing mental health, wellbeing and resilience skills.

    We travelled to Nepal in January/February 2024 and delivered training to 100 nurses, allied health workers, lecturers, counsellors, social workers and entrepreneurs. The unanimous feedback was that the content was relatable, helpful and much needed in Nepal.

    We are now seeking further financial support to scale this life-changing mental health and wellbeing program.
