    #fhtogglels/Learn more/Close/eb

Guided by the wisdom and incredible stories of International Mountain Guide Tashi Sherpa, who has successfully scaled Everest six times, you’ll gain a rare, firsthand glimpse into what it takes to conquer the peak of the world.

This interactive program features four levels of elevation, ensuring that individuals of all fitness levels can participate.

Level 1: Climb 50% of the elevation of 3,448m from Everest Base Camp (5,400m) to the summit of Mt Everest (8,848m).

Level 2: Climb the elevation of 3,448m from Everest Base Camp (5,400m) to the summit of Mt Everest (8,848m).

Level 3: Climb exactly as you would to the summit of Mt Everest. This level includes climbing up and down in the first 3 weeks to acclimatise. The total elevation is 6,548m.

Level 4: Choose your own elevation, number of steps each week or elevate someone else.

This program is structured to be as simple as possible. All you need is a set of stairs, a nearby hill, or both. Combine that with a computer and a simple way to track your elevation or step targets, and you’re ready to climb toward success. You will be guided every step of the way with easy-to-follow instructions, helping you measure and conquer your weekly elevation or step goals.

Gain skills that empower you to lead with empathy, collaborate effectively, and truly thrive in any cultural setting.

Every aspect of this program, including these carefully selected tools, have been designed to inspire and empower you to take bold, meaningful steps toward living a thriving, resilient, and deeply fulfilling life.
