“The feedback on Katrina was amazing, everybody was certainly inspired by her story. Many of our agents are facing challenges with the market and this seems to have encouraged them to step up to the mark and overcome any obstacles they are confronted with. And when Katrina brought out her Gold Medal from Athens, realisation struck many of them, if they strived for their goals they can achieve what they want.”

"Katrina's was one of the highlights from the three-week ING International Graduate Programme. Her message was on target - sharing with the group of young, high potentials from around the world, that they can make a difference even in adverse circumstances. She immediately captured and engaged the audience. I also so appreciated that she wanted to spend time getting to know the group. Her authenticity and genuine concern came through. I would not hesitate in recommending her to others and would definitely engage her again."

"Katrina did a great job with the year 12’s. She engaged the group instantly and delivered an enormous amount of valuable information in a manner that was interesting and relevant to the students. Katrina’s combination of humour, sincerity and passion, along with her personal story, made her an inspiration for many. I have received positive feedback from a wide variety of staff and students."

"Katrina Webb has spoken a number of times at The National Young Leaders Day, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. She has always made time for us in her busy schedule, as she sees the value in contributing to the lives of Australia’s future leaders. We have always received great feedback from both teachers and students who attend our event, that they have been inspired, motivated and encouraged from her presentation. Over the years, she has continued to bring a ‘fresh’ contribution, and her life is a great example of the themes she speaks about."
Ruth Strother - National Conference Co-ordinator, Halogen Foundation

"Not only is Katrina an amazing athlete who shines with pride that she has been able to represent her country, but she is also an amazing conference speaker. She shares her story in such a way that people are motivated to get off their butts and have a go. Katrina has spoken at two conferences that I have organised and I will certainly be using her services again in the future. She is an inspiration but more than that, she has her feet firmly on the ground and can relate to people at all levels."
Des Penny - Proteus Enterprises

"Katrina was very inspirational and got a standing ovation from everyone attending. It certainly lifted our event and gave our corporates who attended, I believe, that extra motivation and feeling of "value add". All the feedback I have heard about Katrina was extremely positive. One attendee thought it was terrific that she passed around her medals for people to hold etc. I personally was very impressed with the way she followed through on the briefing, had done her homework about Minda and linked her speech to Minda's core values of Inclusion, Respect and Choice."
Marion Zafry - Public Relations Manager, Minda Incorporated

"Katrina was just brilliant. I was so impressed by the time she took prior to the presentation to ensure that her presentation tied in with our theme for the retreat...we would not believe how well Katrina was able to do this having not heard the previous presentations. Katrina was so polished and professional and we appreciate the extra time she took to speak with students at the end." Shannon Warren - St Mary's College

"Katrina was fantastic! Her talk was exactly what we wanted. She arrived well in advance to prepare/ask questions etc and tied in a few local comments into her talk which won points with the audience. Those in attendance enjoyed the presentation and found it very thought provoking."
Meagan Carthy - Human Resources Administrator, City of Salisbury

"I just wanted to say thankyou so much for coming to our school, your speech was inspiring and has really made me think about the future and what lies ahead of me for year 12. The things you spoke about were very relevant to our group of year twelve students and you reference to choosing the right people to surround yourself with has made me think of my own friendship group and who i need to stick with this year. I think you are amazing and you story has inspired me to try even harder at school this year. You did really well talking to our large group of year 12 students and I’m sure you made an impact on more than just me. Thank you again!"
Year 12 Student Concordia College
