I’m sure by now you are back into the swing of things after a well earned Christmas and New Year break.

I thought you may find it useful to know my five tips for turning your health and wellbeing from Silver to Gold in 2009.

1. Eat breakfast daily to break-the-fast. This is so important for good energy levels and weight control.

2. Get good sleep at least 8 hours per night. Daily exercise, investing in a good pair of earplugs and drinking a glass of milk (not wine) before bed can contribute to a good nights sleep.

3. Exercise daily. See below for two of my favourite SA businesses who can support you if you find it hard to commit to a regular exercise regime.

4.
Take a multi-vitamin daily. I recommend GNLD’s Formula IV. Contact me if you would like more information.

5. Give regularly to others including charities. It makes you feel good inside. Even with the financial crisis you can still give your time, unwanted but loved goods and even business referrals.
